the fantastic form that has seem him frame consistently in every
match for the last few weeks. Drawn on GOLDEN peg 34, he struggled
for the first 2 hours of the match but persevered with fishing pellet
tight to the bank side grass. Once he found a few fish to took specimens
to 16lb and had 'weighers' totaling 156lb!! - all fish over 8lb
are weighed and returned during the match.

his reliable Paste over Pellet approach for a weight that pushed
Trevor all the way. As usual Gary took fish to double figures in
his 226lb return for second place.
