I Don't know, just as the lake starts fishing its head off, I have to start my own personal World tour.
Sorry for the late results. but I've just jetted back from New York and I'm off to Gran Canaria in the morning!! Oh did I say that I was in Dallas a few weeks ago too and prior to that I was in San Antonio....
All the same I would have loved to have fished some of the matches I've been writing up. I'm not sure if any match in the UK has ever recorded 4 weights over 300lb.. ? I doubt it..
On Saturday 24th Trevor Price and Steve Liston both returned and incredible 319lb 12oz to the scales. In doing so they added the the cherry to the piscatorial cake who's recipe included 4 triple, 1 double and a handful of single TON's.
Trevor's return to form has been as impressive as Steve Liston's run of big weights. Both anglers are in unbeatable form and fishing on a short line to their respective left with paste was the order of the day. Trevor has been please with the end result of the Paste he and Gary developed for Ton Up.. I'm sure most of the Anglers at Rolf's are too. The paste is well priced and is a piece of cake to mix on the bank in an emergency; it has leveled the playing field for most too as more and more anglers add their names to those anglers who have returned 200 and 300lb bags at Rolfslake.
