Summer League Match 1 of 6 There was an improvement in the weather and the fortunes of the anglers attending the 1st of the Rolfslake Summer League Series (Teams of 3).
John Walker - Please the summers here - Stock Photo. With warmer and calmer weather the fish fed well up in the water and pellet shallow was the order of the day. Mick Lane took full advantage of being on a shed full with a fine 261lb 8oz for the match win - some 40lb ahead of John Hague on Peg 23 who took 217lb 4oz's fishing similar tactics. John Walker fished a feeder and pole at on Peg 34 for 188lb 8oz for 3rd place ahead of a number of anglers on 177lb.
